Big Problems Require
a Bold Vision

Reengineering networking for AI takes exceptional expertise, insight and determination.

It started with a
simple observation

As industry veterans, we’ve seen multiple waves of innovation that required a rethinking of infrastructure. AI is the most disruptive wave we have experienced, and yet networxking infrastructure has changed very little.

It’s time for
a change

AI’s demands on the network are growing exponentially, but networking continues to plod along at only an incremental pace of improvement. Eridu was founded to take on the challenge and the opportunity to break through with a clean-sheet design for AI.

Behind the Eridu Name

Eridu was the name of one of the world’s first known cities. Founded around 5400 BCE in Mesopotamia by the Sumerians, it represented a major step function forward for human civilization. The advances in systems, coordination and infrastructure that emerged there laid the foundations that made larger, more ambitious societies possible.

We chose the name Eridu because we saw that a major step function advance in networking is a critical part of the foundation needed to deliver faster and more intelligent AI solutions. Just as AI redefines what is humanly possible, Eridu innovation redefines what makes AI possible.

From ancient symbols to endless possibilities. In Sumerian cuneiform, “An” represents the sky and heavens. With Eridu, the sky’s the limit.
